SHIPPING FEES & CHARGES At KS RACING AUSTRALIA we are always trying to bring you the best deals as well as cost efficient postage fees. Subject to change depending on seasonal promotions and location of delivery. *Heavy and bulky items being shipped to remote location may incur additional shipping fee an example of such items are exhaust systems, air suspension systems, custom coilover kits. DELIVERY Deliveries made by courier (heavy and bulky items) cannot be delivered to an unattended address or PO Box. The courier will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for the goods or an authority to leave (ATL) is not given a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest courier depot. You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot you may incur an additional charge for re-delivery by the courier company. KS RACING AUSTRALIA recommends all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimise any redelivery delays and/or additional fees. Please check that all parts received match the invoice. If you have been incorrectly supplied any items, please contact info@ksracing.com.au and we will rectify the issue for you immediately. PICK-UP In store pickup subject to warehouse availability and staffing. If allowed, pick-up can be scheduled and collected from our main Sydney Store, KS RACING AUSTRALIA; 39 Winbourne Rd, Brookvale, NSW, 2100. Pick up is available Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm. DAMAGED DELIVERIES If an item has been damage in transit, photographs or videos of the item/s and all packaging must be sent to info@ksracing.com.au with 48 hours of the delivery date. DISPATCH & HANDLING TIMES Majority of items at KS RACING AUSTRALIA are advertised to dispatch within 1 - 3 business days of the order being placed. Whilst 99% of orders are dispatched within this time period, on occasion this may not be the case due to factors beyond our control or may be a custom kit that require additional work hours. If you require a part urgently please contact our friendly staff and we will be able to provide you with a more precise dispatch & shipping time. ORDER TRACKING Once your order is dispatched KS RACING AUSTRALIA, we will issue you an email with tracking details you can also find this information by logging into your account. STOCK AVAILABILITY Dispatch and delivery time is subject to availability of stock. If a product is ordered and we are not able to dispatch the product within 5 business days a full refund or alternate product will be offered. ENQUIRE FOR AVAILABILITY Some products are listed as "Enquire for Availability" as we cannot guarantee a specific dispatch time however the items are available. Products with this status usually ship within a few weeks. KS RACING TEAM and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release KS RACING TEAM from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY Please choose our items carefully before making your selection and proceeding with your online purchase order as we do not refund for change of mind purchases. We are only able to accept a product for a refund, replacement or credit where there has been a major failure, such as: When the product has been assessed and found faulty. The product has been wrongly described. Or the product does not meet the “fitness of purpose”. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving and undergone inspection. An order cancellation fee of 20% may apply for change of mind cancellations to cover transaction and administration costs. Once an order is shipped, KS RACING AUSTRALIA may offer a refund at its own discretion, however all discretionary refunds carry a 20% restocking fee and all postage fees must be paid by the customer. WARRANTY For all warranty claims, the consumer must first contact KS RACING AUSTRALIA and lodge a Warranty Claims Case. In order to proceed with a warranty claim, you must provide the Support Team with: Your invoice (including order number) and any other proof of purchase. Details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the warranty. Photographic or video graphic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable. Any other details we may need to process your claim. Where goods are damaged or defective upon delivery, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage before receiving a repair, replacement or refund. We reserve the right to determine which repair centre is the appropriate service location in each case. You must comply with all return instructions provided to you via your registered email address when making a claim under this warranty We cannot accept returns that have not been authorised through the process outlined in these terms and conditions. If any returned goods are found to be in good working order, we may seek reimbursement, at our discretion, for any costs incurred by us in relation to such goods. In such cases, you agree that we may hold your goods until such payment is received. Except as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), this warranty shall not apply in respect of goods: Where the goods have not been installed, maintained, operated or used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or any other specifications provided with the goods; Where damage or defects are caused by deliberate or negligent misuse or abuse, physical alteration, fire, liquid spillage, use of incorrect voltage, power surges or dips, thunderstorm activity, force majeure, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorised repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, computer viruses, corrosive conditions or instruction by an insect, pest or other foreign body; Where damage results from any third party software or hardware not provided by us; Where items are lost or stolen; and In relation to repairs of batteries, where the batteries have not been used in accordance with specifications or they expire by normal use. Except as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), our liability under this warranty shall not exceed the amount of the purchase price of the goods or the replacement of the goods with the same or a similar product. In the event that storage media ordered from us becomes faulty, fails or otherwise detrimentally affects software or data stored on it, except as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we will not be liable for any loss or damage to the software or data, however arising. You should maintain a backup of all software and data stored on your devices. If you return media (such as a hard disc drive), whether separately or as a part of a larger electronic or computing product, to us for any reason, including for replacement or repair, we will not be responsible for any software or data stored on the media. We make no representation that we will be able to repair or replace any product without risk to or loss of the software or data. If you are entitled to make a claim under this warranty, our staff will provide you with instructions as to how the goods may be returned to us at our expense (either you will be reimbursed for standard postage or, for larger items, we will organise a courier to retrieve the items). Unless otherwise provided by law, you will bear any other costs incurred in making a claim under this warranty.
